FlowIN is a breakthrough fiber laser system that sorts at the same speed it cuts, freeing the part from the skeleton and managing waste without compromising efficiency. It features Eagle distinctive components such as the eVa cutting head and linear motors, and boasts powers up to 40kW, acceleration up to 6G and 400m/min positioning speed. FlowIN has no limitations regarding sheet length and is coil-cutting ready.

Conventional sorting challenges
- The parts welded to combs are impossible to sort
- The sorting can’t keep up with the cutting speed of the fiber laser machine: adding sorting to existing machines slows them down, which is counterproductive
- They have thickness and shape limitations: certain shapes can’t be sorted automatically and, the thicker the metal, the more challenging sorting becomes
- They don’t allow efficient nesting patterns: more distance between parts is required and this compromises material utilization
